MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. -- Senior guard Anna Sears (Providence Catholic H.S/Mokena, IL) recorded a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds and five different Saints scored in double figures as University of St. Francis made it a perfect 3-0 trip to south Florida Wednesday evening with a 68-54 win over Florida Memorial University.

Senior Jacqie Storm (Sandburg H.S./Orland Park, IL) led the Saints with 14 points -- all coming in the first half -- as the Saints jumped out to a quick 17-6 lead and never led by fewer than 6 points the rest of the way. Sophomore center Jen Andes (Hall H.S./Princeton, IL) came off the bench to add 13 points, with 9 coming from the free throw line. Sears and senior forwards Kellie Fazio (Leyden H.S./Rosemont, IL) and Kaci Baird (Bartlett H.S./Bartlett, IL) all finished with a dozen points apiece.

USF (9-10) has now won four consecutive games and six of its last seven to get within one game of the .500 mark.  The Saints return home and play host to unbeaten and NAIA Division I No. 2-ranked Saint Xavier on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
