KENOSHA, Wis. - St. Francis kept it close for most of the game but the NCAA Division II Rangers of University of Wisconsin-Parkside scored a pair of goals in the final 20 minutes of the match to pin a 3-0 loss on USF Friday afternoon.

The Saints fell behind 1-0 in the game's 10th minute but managed to stay within one goal until the 72nd minute of the game.

UWP recorded 9 shots on goal, compared to the Saints' 4. USF's shots came from sophomore Damien Silva (Plainfield North H.S./Plainfield, IL) and freshmen Willie Gutierrez (Thornwood H.S./South Holland, IL), Luke Zeiler (Lockport H.S./Homer Glen, IL) and Matt Gorecki (Oak Lawn H.S./Oak Lawn, IL).

USF sophomore goalkeeper Bobby Markatos (Stagg H.S./Palos Hills, IL) was credited with 6 saves on the afternoon.

USF (0-1-1) plays again on Monday when it travels to Robert Morris-Lake County for an exhibition match.
