NAPERVILLE, Ill. --- Junior Adam Yost (Sparta H.S./Sparta, MI) and freshman Sean Smith (Winnebago H.S./Winnebago, IL) served as University of St. Francis' lone two participants in the North Central College Cardinal Classic on Saturday with both competing in the mile run.

Yost gained bragging rights over his teammate at the meet edging out Smith to place ninth overall with a time of 1:58.02. Smith was one spot and just two-tenths of one second behind Yost.
