JOLIET, Ill. - Olivet Nazarene scored the game's final 11 points over the last 1:35 to overcome a 72-65 deficit and defeat University of St. Francis, 76-72, in a Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference women's basketball tournament semifinal game at the Recreation Center Thursday night.

CHICAGO - Senior guards Jacqie Storm (Sandburg H.S./Orland Park, IL) and Anna Sears (Providence Catholic H.S./Mokena, IL) scored 27 and 20 points, respectively, to lead University of St. Francis to a convincing 85-58 win over Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference foe Robert Morris in the regular-season finale at Loyola University's Gentile Center Saturday night.

JOLIET, Ill. - Senior guard Anna Sears (Providence Catholic H.S./Mokena, IL) scored a game-high 24 points to lead University of St. Francis to a 71-56 win over Indiana University South Bend Tuesday night at the USF Recreation Center. The win clinched second place for the Saints (16-12, 7-2) in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference regular season standings.

JOLIET, Ill. - Olivet Nazarene made 17 3-point shots for the game and scored 24 points in the five-minute overtime session to outlast University of St. Francis, 119-111, in a Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference women's basketball game Saturday night at the Recreation Center.

CHICAGO - University of St. Francis rallied from an 11-point deficit to tie the game in the final minute of play but No. 3-ranked Saint Xavier University made 7-of-8 free throws in the final 52 seconds to claim an 83-78 victory and snap USF's 10-game winning streak.

NOTRE DAME, Ind. - Senior guard Katie Carls (St. Bede Academy/Spring Valley, IL) and senior forward Kellie Fazio (Leyden H.S./Rosemont, IL) each scored 19 points as the streaking University of St. Francis women's basketball team won its ninth straight game with an 86-67 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference win over Holy Cross College Sunday afternoon.

 

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Senior Jacqie Storm (Sandburg H.S./Orland Park, IL) and sophomore reserve Jen Andes (Hall H.S./Princeton, IL) scored 14 points each to lead University of St. Francis to its eighth straight victory with a 68-60 win over Indiana University South Bend in women's basketball action Saturday afternoon.

BOURBONNAIS, Ill. -- Senior guard Jacqie Storm (Sandburg H.S./Orland Park, IL) scored a game-high 24 points as University of St. Francis rallied from a 12-point second-half deficit to win its seventh straight game with an 85-82 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference decision over Olivet Nazarene in women's  basketball action Tuesday night.

ELGIN, Ill. -- Jacqie Storm's (Sandburg H.S./Orland Park, IL) 22 points led the University of St. Francis to an upset victory over previously unbeaten and No. 2-ranked Saint Xavier last Tuesday night. She also led her team in scoring in a win over Trinity Christian to help lead the Saints to their sixth consecutive win.
