SILVIS, Ill. – University of St. Francis finished a strong third among 13 teams at the NAIA Men's Golf Midwest Invitational played Thursday and Friday at the Deere Run TPC course near the Quad Cities. The tournament was contested on the course that will play host to the NAIA Championships for the fourth straight year this coming spring.

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Sophomore Josh Gorzney (Elmhurst College/Plano, IL) placed third overall in a field of 80 players and finished at even par 144 through 36 holes to lead University of St. Francis to a sixth-place finish in the 15-team Battle at Blackthorn on Friday and Saturday.

LA SALLE, Ill. – Sophomore Josh Gorzney (Elmhurst College/Plano, IL) fired rounds of 71 and 75 to lead University of St. Francis to a first-place finish at the 23-team Illinois Valley Community College Invitational held Friday and Saturday at Oak Ridge Deer Park golf course.

JOLIET, Ill. – Senior Steve Wojcik (Andrew H.S./Tinley Park, IL) grabbed medalist honors with a three-under par round of 69 but University of St. Francis fell two shots shy of team champion Carthage College (WI) and the Saints placed second among 19 teams at the St. Francis Fall Classic at Wedgewood Golf Course on Tuesday.

SUGAR GROVE, Ill. – University of St. Francis fired scores of 322, 315 and 319 over three rounds and finished 15^th among 16 schools at the Northern Intercollegiate men's golf tournament this weekend at Rich Harvest Farms.

HAMMOND, Ind. – University of St. Francis fired a team score of 315 to finish five strokes ahead of second-place University of Saint Francis (IN) and take the team title in the nine-team Crimson Wave Fall Golf Invitational hosted by Calumet College of St. Joseph at Lost March Golf Course.

CRETE, Ill. - Senior Drew Anderson (Lockport H.S./Lockport, IL) earned medalist honors with a two-over par round of 74 to lead University of St. Francis to its second straight Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference men's golf championship on Saturday at Balmoral Woods Country Club.
