
KENOSHA, WI- Aaron Rogers and The Packers may not be competing in Wisconsin still, but the University of St. Francis track teams were able to this past Friday at Carthage college for the Tadd Metzger Invitational. Out of the eight total teams, the Saints were able to amass enough points from performances to finish 4th overall.
GRAND RAPIDS, MI- Classes were cancelled at the University of St Francis on Friday, but the USF Track teams boarded buses and braved the storm for a trip to Grand Rapids, MI. The lure of great competition and a chance to run fast times early in the season compelled the squads to travel to Grand Valley State University for the Mike Lints Invitational.
Romeoville- The USF Men's Track team started the indoor track season with a bang as they traveled across town to Lewis University for the Dick Pond Open. Both on the track and in the field events, the Saints shined.
JOLIET, Ill. --- Plainfield North High School two-year varsity letterwinner Stephen Wilder (Plainfield, Ill.) has signed a letter of intent to attend University of St. Francis and run both cross country and track for the Fighting Saints and head coach Dr. Drew Ludtke, it was announced on Saturday.
JOLIET, Ill. --- A cross country and track performer at Troy Athens High School, Justin Krolik (Troy, Mich.) will do the same at University of St. Francis after the signing of his letter of intent, it was announced on Sunday.
JOLIET, Ill. --- A USATF Illinois Junior Olympics State Championships qualifier in the long jump event last summer, Amos Alonzo Stagg High School’s Nikolas Diaz (Palos Hills, Ill.) has announced that he will attend University of St. Francis and compete in track for the Fighting Saints this coming year.
JOLIET, Ill. --- A member of Minooka High School’s state championship 3,200-meter relay team this past spring, Daniel Bahret (Channahon, Ill.) has announced that he has signed a letter of intent to attend University of St. Francis this fall and run cross country and track for the Fighting Saints and head coach Dr. Drew Ludtke.
JOLIET, Ill. --- Four-time track and two-time cross country Michigan High School Athletic Association state qualifier Matt Peacock (Hesperia, Mich.) has announced that he will become a member of both the University of St. Francis cross country and track programs after signing a letter of intent to attend the Joliet, Illinois-based school.
